01 General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of OccultFX.com and the purchase of products offered through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
OccultFX.com sells professional SFX materials, silicone masks, prosthetics and related products. All products are physical goods shipped from Czech Republic.
02 Orders
By placing an order on OccultFX.com you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- You accept these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.
03Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store any payment card details — all transactions are handled by our payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

04Production & Shipping
Every product is handcrafted individually in our studio. Please allow at least 14 business days for production. Custom orders require an additional 5 business days.
Shipping is provided via Zásilkovna (Packeta Group) at a flat rate of 30 € worldwide. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
05Custom Orders
We offer custom color painting (free of charge) and custom hair work (different price) on selected products.
Custom orders are made to your personal specifications and are therefore exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
By selecting a custom option, you acknowledge that the standard 14-day return right does not apply to your order.
06Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

07Warranty & Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shop@occultfx.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty under Czech law and EU Directive 2019/771 — minimum 24 months from the date of delivery.
Please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults present at the time of purchase. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage caused by improper use, storage or handling
- Deterioration of materials due to exposure to chemicals, solvents or excessive heat
- Damage caused by the customer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our silicone and latex products, natural variation in texture, colour and finish is not considered a defect.
08Intellectual Property
All content on OccultFX.com — including images, text, logos and product designs — is the property of FX Creator s.r.o. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FX Creator s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, or for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. By placing an order you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at shop@occultfx.com — we will always try to resolve any issue directly and fairly.

12Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
