Right to Return
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and undamaged by the customer
- The product must be in its original condition
- You must contact us at shop@occultfx.com within 14 days of delivery
Exceptions — Custom Orders
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This includes:
- Masks with custom color painting ordered specifically for you
- Masks with custom hair work ordered specifically for you
In these cases, we will assess each situation individually and may offer a partial refund or exchange at our discretion.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
How to Return
- Email us at shop@occultfx.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm the return and provide the return address
- Ship the item back at your own cost using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
